Quiet, relaxing fun!! Enjoy a horseback ride in some of the prettiest country in scenic northern Michigan. Bring your own horse or use on the beautiful, well behaved horses available at the stable. The Gaylord Equestrian Center can accomodate groups of up to 12 people for one and two hour ride packages. Beginning, intermediate and advanced trails allow us to cater to each level of riding experience.

Riders must be age 7 and up and minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in order to participate. All riders must wear footwear that covers the entire foot. Please, no sandles, flip flops or open toed shoes. Helmets are mandatory for riders under the age of 18 and will be provided by the Center, upon request.

The price for a one hour trail ride is $25.00 per hour per person and $40.00 per person for a two hour ride. Trail rides are dependent on the weather and may be cancelled with little notice.
